Die Heemkring het `n argief geleë in Erfurthuis, Ryneveldstraat 37, Stellenbosch.

Die versameling van dokumente, beelde en klank is beskikbaar vir insae en navorsing by die argief. Dit bestaan uit boeke waarvan die inhoud betrekking het op Stellenbosch; bandopnames van gesprekke met en vertellings deur Stellenbossers oor Stellenbosch; dokumente soos programme, briewe, dagboeke, joernale, notules, ens.; foto’s van persone of plekke; knipsels uit koerante (veral van Eikestadnuus en Die Burger) ens.

The Heemkring archive is located in the Erfurthuis, Ryneveldstreet 37, Stellenbosch.

The collection of documents, images and sound is available for perusal and research at the archive. The collection consists of books of which the contents are of relevance to Stellenbosch; tape-recordings of conversations with and narratives by Stellenbosch residents about Stellenbosch; documents such as programmes, leters, diaries, journals, minutes, etc.; photos of persons and places; newspaper clippings (especially from the Eikestadnuus and Die Burger) etc.

Monday to Thursday 8.00 am – 1.00 pm
